Happy Fourth of July!

Hi Trendy Fans!

Happy 4th of July to all our friends in the United States! This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a 4th of July Banner using some AWESOME Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine.  I always make buy :) cupcakes for the 4th so I thought it would be fun to include a cute banner.

What a super easy but cute project. You can create the banner with almost anything. Once you select your material, in my case, a die, some card stock glitter paper, and Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine all you need to do is punch some holes in the top so you can thread the twine through and wrap it around some wooden sticks.
The banner adds such a festive touch!

For some extra cuteness I created a star out of the twine. I think you can use liquid starch, mod podge,...the list goes on. But honestly good old fashioned white glue and water works perfect. I dipped the star in the glue and water then squeezed off the excess liquid and placed the twine on wax paper and formed the star using push pins. It worked perfectly!!

I hope you enjoy your Holiday weekend!
